ManyBill provides AI-assisted POS creation for restaurants and food businesses. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes related to your business operations.
03User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of menu data uploaded, the legitimacy of pricing, and compliance with local tax and food regulations.
04Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
05Billing and Payments
Where paid plans apply, billing is recurring unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
06Intellectual Property
All ManyBill software, branding, and AI models are owned by ManyBill. You retain ownership of your menu data.
07Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with prior notice.
08Limitation of Liability
ManyBill is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
09Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
